  • $175.00 (Based on 2500 Sq Ft or Less and Single Story using (1)System) Must be prepaid before work begins on Manual J

    • Additional Square Footage is $.15 per square foot (Example: If your house is 3000 Square Ft. You would take the additional 500 Square Feet and Multiply by .15 and end up with and additional $75.00 Owed)

  • Additional Systems above the 1st System Requiring Manual S are at additional cost

    • $25.00 Each Additional System for Manual S
